Youths and Students are invited to attend the AESMEFS event. They are encouraged to partake in the AESMEFS Youth Summit to network and learn more about the Technological Advancement in the SMEs sector. Youths and Students Registration are complimentary but subject to availability of seats.

Youths and Student registrants for the event must meet eligibility requirements. The event policy requires that an individual must be attending a college, university or institute of higher education on a full-time basis to qualify for student registration category.

Registration of students cannot be processed without evidence that you are a full-time student. Students enrolled in 12 or more semester credit hours are considered full-time. When submitting your registration, please provide registration confirmation from your educational institution. Acceptable confirmation includes: transcript, most recent report card or official school registration documents. Student registration forms without this information will not be processed.

Youth registration refers those that falls within the United Nationsdefinition which was made during preparations for the International Youth Year (1985), and endorsed by the General Assembly (see A/36/215 and resolution 36/28 as those persons between the ages of 15 and 24 years, without prejudice to other definitions by Member States. Youth registration must be accompanied by proof of Passport Bio Data Page.
